Can you fix every problem on-site? (mobile IT solutions)
When we visit you to fix your tech, we bring a van full of assorted tools that helps us diagnose & fix your issue. However not all problems are straightforward, and sometimes can require extended troubleshooting time. Sometime we may request to take the machine with us, where we can look into it further at our office. We shall then return your fixed tech to your house at an agreed time.
Can I drop off my technology for fixing, rather than you visiting me?
You sure can, contact us and make an appointment to drop of your technology - we will phone/SMS you to keep you updated on the progress of your repair.
We offer cheaper per hour rates for fixing devices at our office, compared to visiting your address to fix the issue.
