Daniel Holman
Founder of Sol Technology, Daniel Holman, believed IT support could be more personalised and customer focused. He saw his friends and soon to be clients constantly let down, over charged and confused by their IT issues. He noticed businesses were left waiting for days on end, unable to do simple invoicing because their IT consultant was trying to make the issue much more complicated than it needed to be. After graduating from QUT with honors in Information Technology, he set out to start his own business - which has grown into a highly rated IT company supporting a whole range of local Brisbane businesses.

Andrew Holman
Andrew joined Sol Technology in 2019 in an administrative role and since then has strived to learn and develop his IT skills and has progressed into an IT technician support role. His core interests include hardware support and PC building, while gaming in his spare time.

Alex Ruddle
Alex started with Sol Technology in 2022 and is our onsite IT technician for a leading aged care service located in Brisbane. He has a keen interest in IT, networking and coding and is highly motivated in helping our clients keep their office running smoothly and efficiently. He enjoys gaming and cooking in his spare time.

Reo Otsubo
Meet Reo, our very own triple-threat! By day, he’s a tech whiz who graduated from QUT with a degree in Computer Science, majoring in Networking and IoT. By night, he’s spinning decks as a DJ, dropping beats that keep the party alive. And if that wasn’t impressive enough - he’s also a karate enthusiast, ready to break boards (and maybe debug stubborn code) with a single strike. Whether it’s networks, nightlife, or ninja moves, Reo brings energy, precision, and a whole lot of fun to our team!
IT Technician
Christopher Darcy-McCreath
Chris joined Sol Technology in 2025 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise from working in high volume enterprise environments. With solid foundation in Microsoft and Google certifications Chris is ready to find that missing permission to get your staff's system working together. Currently he is working on developing his skill and knowledge in coding and networking. Outside of work Chris is a self-titled gaming nerd, diving into games from PC to the Tabletop.
IT Technician
Cale Innes
Cale joined Sol Technology while completing his dual Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing) and Computer Science, bringing a well-rounded mix of business and technical knowledge to the team. Outside of his studies, Cale has gained hands-on experience working with the Queensland Police Service and worked in media technology at major esports events.
